General terms and conditions of booking  - full terms will be issued when booking and must be agreed to

• Lead Hirer must be 25 years old
• £100 damage deposit is required when booking, this will be refunded after your stay once the caravan has been checked
• Strictly no smoking in any of our caravans
• Strictly no pets allowed in the - non pets caravans
• The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the caravan, only guests that are listed on the guest form may stay.  If you need to add a guest you must contact us to arrange this
• No groups or Hen/Stag parties
• Fun works passes are not included, these can be purchased online through haven after we have taken your booking

• Check-in time is 3.30pm
• Checkout time is 10am
• Free Travel cot, highchair and bed guard available on request.  Please mention this while booking so we can make sure these are available for your stay.
• Bed linen is included
• Hand towels in bathrooms included,
• We DONT supply free bath towels, these can be hired for an extra charge though when booking
• Loo rolls, cleaning equipment and supplies are provided
• Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Condiments are provided
